Baby Dedication is a way for parents to express their full appreciation to God through the dedication of their baby to Him. The dedication service provides you, the parent(s), an opportunity to acknowledge God's sovereignty not only over the child, but also over you as Mom and Dad. Baby dedication is a public commitment you make before God, your church, your family, and is an expression of your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, so that your child will develop a desire to love God and love others.
